Governor Adil deploys security patrol vehicles

Central Equatoria State governor has deployed three brand new Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles to boost the security network along Kajo-Keji, Lainya, and Wonduruba roads.

The logistical support to enhance timely response to emergencies in the two counties and Wondurba Administrative Area, the state governor’s press unit reported.

It cited Deputy Governor Sarah Nene as saying the deployment is a show of the government’s commitment to supporting the local government councils in consolidating stability.

The vehicles were handed over Monday to Kajo-Keji, Lainya, and Wonduruba local councils.

Last year, the state governor said armed opposition, land grabbing and cattle herders were the major causes of insecurity in the state.
