Ayat Stars thrash el-Salam 2-1
In a highly populated game attended by most of the state residents at the freedom square in the town’s main playground, the crowned twice champions, El Salam bitterly lost to their opponents, Ayat stars by 2-1 in their second row of the tournament.
Santino Lual, a fan of Ayat stars praised the performance of Ayat, saying the results proved that there is nothing impossible in Football and that Ayat would one day be the champion of Northern Bahr el Ghazal if they continue to play with the same spirit.
The management of Aweil Local Football Association has revealed that they have finalized the complaint of Aweil stars, adding that the two games they missed were counted to the other opponents.
