SPLM Secretary-General, Pagan Amum Okeich, says the Arusha Agreement has paved the way for lasting peace in South Sudan. He told Eye Radio that the deal is not a replacement for the IGAD-led peace process for South Sudan, but it is “complementary” to the Addis Ababa Agreement. He speaks with Nichola Mandil in Juba.
