The Turkish Ambassador to South Sudan says his government will sponsor close to 30 students in different universities in Turkey this year.
Amb Haluk Agca says nearly 70 South Sudanese students benefited from Turkish scholarship program so far.
“This year probably between 20 to 30 students will get scholarships. The Turkish government covers all the expenses, including air ticket,” he told Eye Radio in an interview.
Last year, 32 South Sudanese students were awarded scholarships.

He said his government has been offering a number of training programs to South Sudanese government officials in different fields. Among them are diplomacy, health, electricity, custom, and media.
