Power outage paralyzes activities at state-run hospital

Lack of fuel at the Juba Teaching Hospital has paralyzed major operations at the state-run health facility.

Officials there say they cannot afford fuel due to increase in fuel prices, from 6 to 22 pounds per liter.

They say the hospital will soon stop accepting dead bodies at the mortuary due to lack of electricity.
