A new center for processing nationality identity cards and passports is expected to be established soon in Yei River State.
The plan came after the state governor, David Lokonga, presented the proposal from the denizens to the ministry of interior recently.
“This is an important move for the people because they have been travelling, looking for their nationality identity cards and passports in Juba,” said Stephen Ladu, state Minister of Information.
Mr Ladu also told Eye Radio that people from the neighboring Amadi state will also acquire nationality documents at the center.
