Yakani on legal implications of Kiir’s 28-state decision

CEPO Executive Director Edmond Yakani says President Salva Kiir should reconsider his decision to create more states because it has serious legal implications.

Speaking with Rosemary, Mr Yakani breaks down the legal and political implications of the president’s establishment order and calls on him to respect the agreement he signed and focus more on its implementation.
