Upper Nile celebrates Christmas

Religious leaders in Upper Nile region say people there will now celebrate Christmas Day for the first time since violence erupted two years ago.

The three states of the region: Jonglei, Unity, and Upper Nile, were the worst affected by the conflict which erupted in December 2013.

Millions of civilians were forced to leave their homes as violence raged in the region.
