The commissioner of Twic East County in Jonglei State says there are no drugs in the area.
Dau Akoi Jurkuch says all the drugs and equipment were destroyed by fire on Monday.
Mr. Dau told Eye Radio that he has appealed to the state and national governments to intervene.
He said the few drugs that are in the health facilities in the payams are not enough for all patients in the county.
