Thirty ministers and eight deputies appointed to the transitional government of national unity last evening, have taken oath of office.
They were sworn in by the Chief Justice Chan Reech Madut, before the President at the Council of Ministers this morning.
President Salva Kiir dissolved his cabinet and formed the new one last evening.
This is in line with the August 2015 Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in South Sudan.
In a decree announced on the state-run SSTV last evening, the President named appointees for the cabinet of the interim government.
