The IGAD Mediation team says the next round of South Sudan Peace talks is expected to resume in Addis Ababa later today.

The regional body says members of the government’s delegation have not yet arrived at the venue of the talks.

They are expected to arrive in Addis Ababa later today.

“The meeting may be pushed for tomorrow if all the delegates do not arrive on time,” said Michael Minassie, Eye Radio’s correspondent in Addis Ababa.

He says the former political detainees, the SPLM-SPLA In Opposition, and representatives of the civil society, and faith-based organizations have all arrived in Addis Ababa.
