1. The SPLM says the amnesty offered by President Kiir to those who have rebelled against the government is still valid.
2. The government says that rebels should accepts talks without preconditions.
3. The Ministry of Petroleum says that an oil company has suspended some of its operations in Unity State but that oil production in Upper Nile is continuing as usual.
