President Salva Kiir on Monday relieved the commissioners of Fashoda and Meluth counties of Upper Nile state.
In a Republican Decree read on the national television – SSBC, Kiir removed Joseph Aban Odong as the Commissioner of Fashoda County and replaced him with Ronyo Yor Deng.
In another decree, the president sacked the commissioner of Meluth Joseph Mawut Deng and appointed Barac Lul Chol in his place.
The outgoing commissioners and their replacements are members of SPLM-In Government of the Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity.
