Mayor of Juba town has banned selling of tea in central business district in Juba. Christopher Wani claims criminals have been using tea places to monitor places they plan to rob.
Thus, he said, the move is meant to combat criminal activities and reduce the number of crimes in the city. Mr Wani speaks with Rosemary.
