Author : | Published: Thursday, February 4, 2016

The Ministry of Health has received three ambulances from the Japanese government. The vehicles will be distributed to three counties most affected by the conflict.

They include Ayod, Uror, and Nyirol in the former Jonglei State.

The Minister of Health, Dr Riek Gai Kok, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Barnaba Marial, and the commissioners of the three counties received the ambulances.

Officials say Japan earlier provided medical equipment to be used in these three counties.
