‘Humble, ambitious’: Tributes pour in for fallen model Faridah Musa

The former Miss Wau, Faridah Musa Hassan passed away in Juba yesterday after suffering serious injuries from a car accident.

Faridah has been fighting for her life in a hospital bed after being involved in a grisly car crash two weeks ago.

Tributes have poured on social media with celebrities, colleagues, and friends expressing condolences upon her demise.

Singer DJ Cent says he was shocked and speechless on hearing the news.

“I’m so speechless. This sad news shocked me that you are gone πŸ’” #Faridah Musa may your soul R.I.P. Humbld girl with lots of dreams. Gone too soon former Miss Wau,” DJ Cent said in a statement published on Facebook.
Another friend John Fabiano, a singer who hails from Wau, describes Faridah as a humble and ambitious person.

“She was my colleague and a best friend to me. There was a certain time we worked together with her, and she was a humble girl she is always good with people she is lovely, and whatever she wanted to do, she would definitelydo it,” Fabiano said.

“She helped a lot of people in Wau especially artists. She was able to help some artists promote them and support them in music and she even did the same to me”.

Model Faridah Musa held the title of Miss Wau for four years since 2019.

However, her reign came after the current beauty queen Miss Bhaja Francis won the crown in early 2023.
