Blackstars were crowned champions of the late Manut Bol Basketball Tournament yesterday at basketball stadium in Nimra-talata.

After an exciting and entertaining match between the two giants, Black Stars with their experienced players managed to thrash its opponent – Malakia – with 76 to 52 points.

Basketball fans turned out in big numbers to witness the event.

The trophy will be handed to the Black Stars this evening  in front of the country’s sports leaders led by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Ms Nadia Arob Dodi.
