S Sudan, Mauritania draw

The national team, the Bright Stars, have drawn 1-1 with Mauritania at the Juba stadium in a home game for the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers.

The match started yesterday, but was called off due to heavy rain.

Both sides had scored a goal each. They resumed this morning, but none managed to score.

The Bright Stars will be in Mauritania on Tuesday for another encounter with the same team.
