Of late, the National Dialogue has been one of the issues that have dominated discussions in the media, social media platforms, and local gatherings since President Salva Kiir announced it in December 2016.

Over the weekend, the Ebony Center for Strategic Studies held a public debate on the aspects of transparency and public participation in the initiative.
