Senior have paid tributes to the former presidential advisor, Lual Diing Wol, who died on Monday in Nairobi, after a long illness.
Members of parliament described him as a national hero who spent most of his life in liberation struggles.
For his part, President Salva Kiir said Mr Wol was ‘a first class separatist’ who fought for the independence of South Sudan ‘with all his soul and spirit’.
