The inverted flag

The ambassador to Egypt has confirmed that the South Sudanese flag was turned upside down in Cairo, a few hours before the arrival of President Salva Kiir last week.

Anthony Louis Kon described this as a mistake that was corrected by the Egyptian brothers before the president landed.
