How can I be happy? – Mogae

The Chairman of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission, Festus Mogae has said he is very disappointed with the slow implementation of the peace agreement.

In an exlcusive interview with Eye Radio’s Nichola Mandil today, the former President of Botswana said the renewed violence cannot even allow the internally displaced persons to return to their homes:
