Gok cattle raid leaves 5 dead

The Commissioner of Abiriu County in Gok State says four people have been killed and five others wounded in a cattle raid.

Bol Madok says the incident happened on Sunday in two villages in the area.

“They took 500 heads of cattle and killed four people,” he told Eye Radio.

Mr Madok called on the youth in the area to remain calm.

He added that the incident is now under investigation.
