In his message to the people of South Sudan on the occasion of the Fourth Anniversary of South Sudan’s Independence, The chairman of the opposition SPLM-DC and leader of the National Alliance, Dr. Lam Akol, says the people of South Sudan are not ‘celebrating’ the 4th anniversary of the country’s Independence, but are “marking” it because they are “mourning” their loved ones that have been lost in this “senseless war”.
