Dhieu presents 2016/2017 budget

The Minister of Finance says the South Sudanese pounds have now lost 80 percent of its value against the dollar, leading to a reduction of individual incomes by 70 percent since independence.

Stephen Dhieu Dau made this remark while presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2016/2017 amounting to close to 30bn South Sudanese pounds at parliament on Tuesday.
